COMPANY PROFILE

     We have established ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of PET preforms in South India over the past two years. Our factory is located in Thirumudivakkam, Chennai in 2011. We are having an annual turnover of Rs 20 crores and expecting it to increase to close to Rs 30 crores by the end of the current financial year.

OUR MARKET SEGMENTS:

     We have introduced multiple preform varieties for the requirements in the mineral water, hotfill (juice), carbonated soft drinks (CSD), liquor and other niche segments like oil and rose water. The cutting edge that our company possesses over our rivals has been the availability of lighter weight preforms that do not compromise on the quality or strength of the ultimately filled bottles. This has been done by reducing the weight of the preforms in the non blowing areas so that the strength of the bottle in the blowing area is never compromised and therefore allowing the blown bottle to possess the same strength.

OUR INSTALLED CAPACITY & PROJECTED CAPACITY:

     We have started our factory with a L&T machine of 800MT/year capacity and now we have doubled our capacity to 1600MT/year with the second machine- a Ferromatik Milacron make. We are adding another two machines in the next 4-6 months to cater to our existing customers’ requirements. This expansion will add another 1600MT/year and will enable us to have a total in-house capacity of 3200MT/year by the August 2013.

     In addition to this, we have tied up with other companies to further manufacture up to 100MT/month of PET Resins via job work as we embrace ourselves to enter other segments like jars and pharmaceuticals. Eventually we will set up expansion processes to manufacture these additional quantities in-house, thereby, we will push ourselves to have a installed capacity of over 5000MT/year by the end of the FY13-14.
